About John Rogers

With more than three decades’ experience in the South African security industry, John Rogers brings a wealth of expertise to the Secequip. John left his first industry position at Massey Ferguson UK to start his own burglar alarm installation business, Lighthouse Security, which he sold to Chubb in 1986. He then joined the SEE Group where he took over the distribution aspect of Texecom in South Africa. Under John, Texecom opened its first office in South Africa in 2001. Together with Brian Anderson, John bought the company back from Texecom UK in January 2009, which trades as Secequip today.
